Chumi Borenstein

Chumi Borenstein is a young mother of 2 active boys. Growing up in Scotland, she moved to New York at the age of 18, six weeks after getting married. Chumi now runs a popular Instagram page, where she focuses on baking, freezing and defrosting foods for meal prep, and more recently, becoming an advocate for mental health awareness in the frum Jewish community. Suffering from depression and anxiety herself, Chumi has seen and experienced firsthand the huge wall that is put up around those who suffer. Her goal is to break this wall and create an understanding for something that affects so many.
