Shira Lerner Berglas

Shira Lerner Berglas grew up in Baltimore, MD and currently lives in Jerusalem, Israel with her husband and two young children. Shira graduated from Maryland University of Integrative Health in August 2017 with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health. She is currently completing her supervised practice to become qualified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Upon certification, she hopes to provide private counseling services (remote and in person), as well as nutrition education classes to women in her community. She is passionate about supporting women’s health through diet and lifestyle, as well as teaching children from a young age about the importance and excitement of healthy eating.
