Karen Koren

Karen Koren can be found giving “60-second” parsha recaps on her Instagram page when she is not busy teaching toddlers at a Jewish day school. Karen has been educating children, teenage girls, and women on various topics, such as self-esteem, relationships, the Torah portion, and middot, for the past eight years. She gives classes and lectures in her Persian Jewish community to ladies of all ages. This past summer, she launched a summer program for tween girls, incorporating leadership, teamwork, and girl-empowerment with a Jewish twist. Karen is also a certified kallah teacher and gives private and group classes. She lives in Great Neck, NY with her husband and children.
